Q:Can I brand our logo on the product ?

A:Of course, we can do it. Just send us your logo design.

Q:Can I order less then MOQ ?

A:Yes, we can negotiate the order quantity, just directly contact with us.

Q:Can you do FBA Service ?

A:Yes, our factory have enough experience to do FBA Service, all these FBA service is free.

Q:Do you have a CE Certificate or Third party certificate for product and factory ?

A:Yes, we have some certificate for hammock, and SGS for my factory.

Q:Do you accept Customization ?

A:Yes, we are glad do OEM for our customers.

Q:Can we change the color ?

A:No problem, we have color card for you too choose, also accept customization color.

Q:What are your payment terms ? any third party payment ?

A:We usually accept T/T and L/C, we also accept Alibaba trade assurance,Western Union.Paypal.

Q:What's the sample delivery time, first order delivery time ?

A:Our sample delivery time is 7 working days including shipping, first order usually take 15working days.
